Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping (If Applicable)
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Push is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
